The staff was nice and the room was very clean. I would happily come back when I'm in town again.

Having a microwave and refrigerator was useful. Everything in the room worked fine. The breakfast had nothing with whole grain, but it was tasty.

It was quaint and quiet. The room heated up and cooled off nicely

We unexpectedly had to spend the night in Southaven / Horn Lake, MS. I made several calls to inns in the area and the Baymont Inn was not only much less expensive, but the staff was very courteous on the phone. They were located in same nice area that the more expensive hotels were, but half the price. We were concerned that the price indicated less than acceptable accomodations, but were pleasantly surprised. Our room had newer carpeting, quality bedding, very clean remodeled bath area. Shortly after checking in the desk clerk called our room and asked how our accommodations were and if they might be of service in any way!! That was unexpected, very un-common and pleasant. It's not a 5 star. The furnishings are a bit worn, but clean. Parking is a little close

Stayed here at the Baymont Inn and Suites for an overnight business trip. Hotel room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was friendly and courteous. I would recommend this hotel and will return When in the Horn Lake Area once again. They offer free breakfast in the price of your stay. The breakfast hot items rotate from day-to-day. Fresh juice , milk, fruits and cereals are available; as well as delicious hot fresh coffee. One of my favorite things is that you are able to make your own hot, fresh, thick Belgian waffle !

We stayed in South Haven for an overnight girls get away trip. The service was wonderful and we loved our room. We have already decided to stay here again.

I stayed here for 5 days while visiting my dad. First thing I did was check the beds. Every thing was clean, the room was big enough. Wish the table came with 2 chairs though. Nice size tv. It was quiet especially for the weekend. And good assortment for breakfast

Room was nice, comfy bed and pillows. Clean bathroom. Staircase to second level us rather steep, little difficult to climb with bad knees. There was no biscuits and gravy on continental breakfast like most hotels.

My stay at your hotel was a good experience. The staff at your facility were very helpful and knowledgeable. There are a few things I saw that can be improved. But overall the stay was good.
