      I am a debt relief agency helping people to file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code. Admitted to practice in 1976 in Kentucky and 1989 in Tennessee. Received credentials from Vanderbilt University School of Law (JD, 1975). Practice consists primarily of Chapter 7 and 13 personal bankruptcies and debt counseling. Kentucky practice also includes real estate, domestic relations and civil matters.
