The Pennyrile Area Development District is a statutory organization that offers a range of planning and development services. It provides community and work force development services. The district serves Caldwell, Christian, Crittenden, Hopkins, Livingston, Lyon, Muhlenberg, Todd and Trigg counties in Kentucky. It works for the economic development of the region. The district develops and administers various programs and services for senior citizens with limited English speaking abilities, Alzheimer s disease and neurological disorders. The Pennyrile Area Development District provides planning services for transportation and highway safety.
