Established since 1882, Siemer Milling Company is engaged in the creation of grain-based foods that are wholesome and nutritious. Primary product of the company is wheat flour, milled to various specifications for the making of different food items, such as cookies, crackers, cakes, pretzels, batters, bread and biscuits. It has long-term relationships with some of the biggest names in consumer packaged foods and food service. The company has also developed a few programs, such as Siemer Quality Wheat Program and Hopkinsville Premium Program.
