It was founded in 1961 by Don Strom as an engineering and technical staffing and recruiting firm serving the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota. Although the company has specialized in providing temporary workers for over 50 years, it has evolved into providing strategic guidance to companies facing potential and actual labor disruptions. In 1994, we deployed several hundred replacement workers to a client who was faced with a labor disruption due to striking union workers. Since then, Strom Strategic Consulting, a team of experts in union labor relations and strike staffing, was formed to provide additional services to our clients.
