West Junior High School, located in Minnetonka, Minn., is a division of Hopkins Public Schools. The school offers a variety of subjects, such as family and consumer sciences, reading, language arts, mathematics, health, English and science. It also offers classes in technology education, visual arts, physical science, earth science and special education. The school provides lessons in foreign languages, such as German, French and Spanish. West Junior High School offers music classes in choir, band instrumental music orchestra and vocal music. It also offers media center and provides classes in video production and script writing. It provides counselor services for students and offers occupational therapy.
