5 star Pat Coty and his crew have been doing repairs/rebuilds/maintenance for us on our town home in Eden Prairie since early 1990's. We had a roofing problem that no one else seemed to be able to address, and Coty knew exactly what the problem was and how to solve it. Since then we have contracted them for numerous projects, large and small, and have had nothing but excellent results. They have always been prompt, courteous, efficient, and competitive. Most recently we had them rebuild our deck. The result has garnered rave reviews from neighbors and friends. Not only do they get the work done, but they are happy to answer questions and stay involved during the work process. They have earned our respect and trust. We would recommend them without reservation to anyone who has home maintenance and construction issues.

Coty is good at roofs. We just had our second roof put on through him. First roof was over 20 years old and no problems with it. Pat is very professional and holds his employees to high standards. Pat checks on them when they are doing the job & after they are done to make sure they have cleaned everything to meet his standards. He always answers his cell phone when we call. We had a minor problem (nothing to do with roof or the job, he was more than willing to do what was needed to fix it. I would use Coty again in a heartbeat & reccommend his company to anyone that asks about a roof. Left out sign for a month ( damaged in storm). Hope he gets bussiness from our advertising, he stands behind his work and does whatever is needed to make the customer happy.

We've been very happy over the years working with Pat Coty and his Coty Construction team. They put a roof and gutters on our house in 1996, new windows and trim in 2003, then another roof due to hail damage in 2008. Coty is also going to siide our house this year. They are a professional company and have always been responsive to our needs. Their work is great and they have excellent customer service. We have referred many of our friends and acquaintances.
