About Maria I have been working in the mortgage industry since 1983. Before mortgages, I was a real estate agent, so I have always enjoyed helping buyers get into the home of their dreams. I donâ??t see the work I do as a selling process but as a helping process in which I provide excellent service while assisting buyers in finding the product thatâ??s right for them. The years of experience I have, and my knowledge of new construction and the building process truly set me apart. I have a deep understanding of FHA and VA along with SONYMA. Having worked in several states, I am very familiar with lending rules in NY, NJ, CT, and MA.
