Completely ripped off my elderly mother. Charged $600 and replaced a pump that was operating fine before suggesting a possible leak (which is why she called in the first place). They did fix the leak, but then when it returned shortly after, their "emergency" line was an answering machine. When someone finally returned our call, she had been without water for 18 hours. Not only do can we NOT recommend them, but must suggest to others to STAY AWAY.
