Southern Bakeries produces Nature's Grain Bagels, English muffins, Focaccia breadsticks, dinner rolls, brown and serve rolls, and energy bars. Southern also produces private label goods for the commercial bread section, in-store bakeries, deli and food service, and is one of the top producers of private label English muffins. The company maintains a tradition of over 90 years of specialty baking. Southern operates two production facilities, with locations in Wichita, Kansas and its headquarters in Hope, Arkansas.
