I understand people that come from other States that come here to Arkansas are treated badly, especially when they come out of being incarcerated, say in Texas.. i know for a fact they do,I am from another country, not the pen, supposed to be a lovely State, can't prove it by me, .I was at the D M V in Hope when a gentle man came in with his legal release forms, his birth certificate,papers from his parole person Miss Williams, and a good hearted Officer of the court a Marla Barnhill she tried to help him.,reason being i know this is because i heard him mention this woman's name.they refused him an I.D because a judge didn't sign off on his release papers was that supposed to have been in Texas, or here.Texas releases prisoners to other states on the faith when the States agree to take them, they get treated well regardless of their convictions.,When they asked him his name again at the D M V,I wrote it down, I hope i spell it right, Roderick Rodgers.
