In his thirty-two years of practice, Mr. Frederick has handled virtually every type of labor and employment law matter, ranging from resolving without publicity or litigation sexual harassment accusations against church officials to designing and implementing mandatory arbitration agreement programs at companies employing more than 13,000 employees. Mr. Frederick also has developed all other types of personnel policies and procedures and run union free campaigns for employers and handled corporate-wide FLSA and EEO litigation. He advises clients on general labor and employment law issues and has litigated all types of employment discrimination cases and ERISA claims, including breach of fiduciary duty cases.
