My philosophy is simple: my clients come first. I promise to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you haven't had an amazing experience with me I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards but through the satisfaction of my clients. I've been involved in real estate sales, rentals and property management since 1989. Since 2007 I've concentrated on selling homes and land in Jefferson and Shelby Counties, specializing in the US Hwy 280 area. I'm also a Planning Commissioner for Shelby County. I am a Buyers Agent; Sellers Agent; ABR (Accredited Buyers Agent), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) CHME (Certified Home Marketing Expert) and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource). Single family homes, Condos/Townhomes and Manufactured homes are my forte, and I love working with First Time Buyers, Up and Down Sizers, Senior Citizens and foreclosures!
