We are extremely pleased with the installation and conversion from Chlorine to Saline system in our pool. We have received only postivie feedback and are beginnning to see the savings on chemicals even after such a short time. i.e.,Rusty has serviced my pool now for probably 5 years. I am most impressed that he always goes the extra mile for me in taking care of my pool. For instance if he sees something that needs to be done, he does it without me asking. I came home a few weeks ago to watch his ongoing battle with the falling leaves around my pool. Rusty did not just clean my pool, but had blown the leaves around the pool and down my drive and most every direction leaves could blow. I did not ask this to be done and he did not charge me extra for doing this. Unless I had come home for lunch, I probably would not have known that he did it. The same with changing out lights in the pool shed, I never know he does it, until I find the old bulb in the trash. Rusty is prompt. His charges are fair and competitive. If you have a pool problem he is prompt in returning telephone calls and responding. If you are having a pool party, you let him know and he always makes sure he does extra maintenance on the pool during the week and the day of the party. I Always feel as if there is room for improvement so I will only give four stars. However, I have been very pleased with my service since I left Hollywood for Pool Specialists. They arrive when they say they will, and THE OWNER serviced my pool on Christmas Eve because he thought I might have family in town.
