my family and I have enjoyed Panera Bread for years but today, it was a real disappointment. I don't usually bother with negative reviews but I feel compelled to because this is a shame. In essence my husband and I were treated rudely by the manager when asking about country white bread which we have ordere for years and discovered today from the rude manager it is now called country miche. After getting our food we had to sit in our booth while trying to enjoy our lunch and listen to two employees behind the counter who construct ordere argue with one another very loudly. It was a very unpleasant atmosphere and it will be a long time before we will be dining at Panera Bread.
