This is a family owned business that is devoted to serving their customers. It is my "office" away from home.

I shipped a mini iPod I sold on eBay through Hoover Shipping. A couple of weeks later, the package was declared lost. The package was insured for $150.00. I paid an additional $15.00 for the UPS Ground Shipping. After the lost package claim was filed, Georgia (the owner of Hoover Shipping) told me that my check for $150.00 had come in. I asked her about reimbursing me the $15.00 for shipping. She said that I would not get reimbursed. I later called UPS and found out that she may have been reimbursed at least $165.00. SO she banked my initial $15.00 and then probably banked another $15.00 from UPS. Then, I called her to get my $15.00 reimbursement and she was rude. She told me that I was trying to make a profit from her and that she would give me $5.00. As soon as I accepted, she revoked her offer. They are horrible to deal with and according to UPS there is no recourse system for authorized dealers (only UPS Stores)! Do not take your business to them!
