these people are literally the best. ive had issues with my payments in the past because of a number of thigns that have happened in my life but pinard worked with me and made sure that i could still have my rubbish removed. it is the only company that i can call and talk to a real person without the corporation nonsense. big company that feels like a small company you cant ask for more than that. thank you bob!

To Whom It May Concern: I would like to take this time to commend the 2 gentleman that p/u my recycle on back river rd in dover they are outstanding individuals very friendly and cheerful. They have gone out of their way too even to p/u the paper and bottles that the wind has blown around. I was told by somebody that knows them that their names are Jeff and Todd.

To Whom It May Concern,I am long overdue writing to commend the outstanding service provided by the young man who picks up the recycling on Huntington Ave in Manchester on Thursday mornings. The couple of times I have been late with my bin, he has met me with a smile and a cheerful good morning as I stood at the corner waiting for his truck to come back up the road. He is thoughtful enough to put my bin back a few feet up onto my front walk so that I am not pulling it out of the street when I get home in the evening. I can tell when he has the day off because then I find it at the side of the street.I just want to be sure he is commended and knows how much he is appreciated.
Very reliable friendly & kind people in this buisness.I've had them for only a few months but have been impressed on the services recieved.I moved out of state this is why i had to discontinue service's.If i were in NH this is the company I'd use & they're much cheaper than ALL others.Great experience with them.Thank you PinardFrom,Renee K :-)
