Quoted me one price over the phone and then changed the price once I arrived at the shop. The guy I spoke to was unprofessional. He did not greet me. Instead, he asked what I needed and when I tried to explain my previous phone conversation, I was told my recollection was untrue and that their prices have not changed. It is better to be honest, polite, and follow a moral code instead of being misleading, rude, and untrustworthy. Based on the other reviews dating back to 2015, you have been this way for a long time.

Potential customers, RUN in the other direction!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This arrogant owner gives the same response to all his bad reviews, saying that this business have an A+ rating with BBB and that he will give a refund or a ridiculous amount of money if the review is proven to be true, the reviews are fake, they are a "customer first" company, and oh yea using "gaslighting" incorrectly. LOL

The "good" reviews appear to be fake and implanted to offset negative reviews and slant the star or numeric rating with BBB and other rating platforms. All the "good" reviews come in groups right after they receive a bad review (go figure). The "good" reviews are short, vague in nature, and only a few have provided evidence of service. In addition, all the "good" reviews are glowing, not giving one con.

On the other hand, all the bad reviews are consistent. This company's customer service is horrible, and their quality of work is subpar. Just read how the owner responds to the bad reviews. This is all you need to know about this so-called business owner and his shady business. DO NOT waste your time, and money.

Please note, my review was flagged and said to be fake on google reviews. My review is not fake. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this sham of a business. I felt compelled to write a review in hopes no one else will go through what I've gone through. Next time, I will be sure to go to read reviews first before patronize any business. People, take HEED and believe the bad reviews and take the good reviews with a grain of salt. This owner/employee (whomever he may be when he talks to you) is a farce and delusional.
