Established in 1969, Sato & Associates is an employee-owned consulting engineering firm. It has completed more than 2,000 projects. Sato & Associates provides engineering services for resorts, commercial, industrial and institutional facilities, housing developments, shopping malls and office buildings. It also serves subdivisions, highways, airports, waterfronts, and sewer, water and drainage systems. Sato & Associates structural engineering services include building and bridge design, structural dynamics, earthquake engineering, waterfront facilities, investigative reports and rehabilitation of structures. Its construction management services include contract supervision, construction and special inspection, cost estimating, analysis and management, and monitoring of governmental labor requirement. Sato & Associates maintains one of its offices in Honolulu.
