PM Realty Group ( PMRG ) is a privately held, national real estate organization with more than 1, 300 employees and 20 divisional and regional offices. From our base in in Houston TX, we trace our roots back to 1954. Today, PMRG conducts business in nearly every state in the U.S., providing comprehensive real estate services to institutions, investors, corporations, real estate investment trusts, government agencies and healthcare providers. We have been serving the Hawaii market since 1989, first through our predecessor-in-interest, BetaWest Properties, Inc, then via acquisition by PMRG in 1995. PMRG Hawaii has approximately 2 million square feet of property currently under contract. We provide strategic services to many of Hawaii's prominent owners and investment advisors including Chevron, Morgan Stanley, The Bristol Group, Pacific Guardian Life and the Employees' Retirement System of the State of Hawaii.
