VERY surprised and disappointed in their customer service when I called to ask about changing the battery in my Swiss Army Watch. I asked if they do it under pressure so it will still be waterproof. After the Asian woman yelled in my ear in broken English something unknown, she called for someone else. That person answered, "No, it only five dollar, what you expect, not perfect!" I don't think I'll be taking my watch any where that place!
