They are so RUDE! I called them because I needed to get in touch with my child's doctor & their office was closed so this is an after hours answering service. When I called the woman that answered was so rude & gave me an attitude when I was telling her what I was calling about. Then after she got all my info to let the doctor know, she just rudely said "I'll page the doctor" & then hung up without as much as a goodbye! That's was so rude & unbelievable that someone who works at an answering service for doctors would be so rude & inconsiderate! I feel that people who are going to work for a place like this where you know people are going to call should be more considerate & actually have customer service! I think they should take a feels steps in customer service & bedside manner from physicians exchange service!
