Called to see if the doctor would be accepting new patients; however, when I asked the receptionist she asked me want kind of medical insurance coverage do I have and the ages of the children and I told her both private and HI Quest along with my children's ages (2, 3, & 13). She immediately told me that the doctor does not accept HI Quest and children ages 2 and 13 yrs. old. I told well on the HMSA website it states the doctor is accepting new patients and I suggest that he updates his listing with more detailed info on what insurance coverage he accepts as it states he accepts both. The receptionist was point blank rude as soon as I told her HI Quest.
