This shop is a class act. Great service and extremely knowledgeable employees. They are friendly and very helpful, and helped me find the right bike to fit me (I have short legs, a bad knee and have to sit up straight, not bent over). They had a bike in stock and offered to build it for me so I could test ride it. It turned out to be the perfect bike. Hoku was especially helpful, after I decided I wanted the bike, they got it ready while I waited, and answered all my questions. The employees are easy to talk to, they all ride bikes so they know their stuff. The price was great too. I will most certainly buy any other bike accessories here, and will refer anyone who is interested in purchasing a bike. I hadn't ridden for over 30 years, so their reassurance was wonderful. I highly recommend The Bike Shop, you should check it out. (I visited another bike shop and the service was so-so). You can tell that the employees at The Bike Shop care about their customers. Very Helpful!
