A charming little hole in the wall motorcycle parts/repair shop kind of oasis (ironically, located off Sand Island). Decent inventory & vendor catalogs, reasonable prices for parts & labor. Competent, friendly, easy to work with staff, with good follow up & communication. It's a mom & pops kind of shop that gives value & honesty to the words, "if can, can". They're not a corporate joint, they're small but valuable part of the motorcycle community, and we need more of these shops around. Support local, aloha got soul.

This shop is the real deal! Dont listen to the complaints about cost. You get what you pay for. Like another reviewer said, other shops might be faster or cheaper but if they dont fix it right, you wasted both your time AND your money, right? Andy isnt necessarily slow, anyhow. I have had my bike in and out the SAME DAY. Right now, his shop is going through a transition. They had to move to a different unit due to the laundry place taking over the entire mauka block of the building. His full-time mechanic, Kalani, left for a federal job, so Andy is by himself right now. This guy raced motorcycles professionally. He knows what he is doing! I have been to three other shops. None came close to the level of excellence youll find here. Only Andy can fix it so that it runs even BETTER then it did when you bought it brand new. I didnt think that was possible. Hell offer you the part that broke so you know exactly where and what he replaced. You can learn a lot by watching.

never go to this shop,they are all about the burn. There diognostics consists of starting your bike reving it, turning it off and charging you $78.53 I got my lesson, and hopefully no one else will have to.

I een to several shops and Andy is the best. he charges half of what other places charge. I had my bike in another brand name shop and payed alot of money for nothing, because they never checked what they should have. I went to Andy and he checked everything over and found stuff wrong that should have been noticed by the other shop, (Light, Battery). He is typical Hawaiian and takes his time but gives you great work and his employee's are great and friendly. The place to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service for this company is non-existant. They promised same day service. Its been 3 days and I havent heard from them. Dont waste your time or money on this shop.
