Located in Honolulu, AlohaCare is a nonprofit health care company that serves the members of QUEST, a federal and state government-approved Medicaid program that was started in 1994. It provides health coverage through managed care health plans for eligible low-income Hawaii residents. AlohaCare offers a wide range of health care plans to more than 45,000 QUEST medical members living on Oahu, Maui, Kauai and the Big Island in Hawaii, through a network of health providers throughout the state.
