Charles Blosenski Disposal is dedicated to both homeowners and contractors. You can contract a disposal unit for long-term usage or per load. Doing business with this company is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The person who takes reservations/dispatcher is the rudest woman I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. She is unprofessional, incompetent and ignorant. I booked a container to be delivered between 9am-11am, and it didn't arrive until 2:45pm AND they brought the wrong size, which didn't it my needs so I refused it. They billed me and when I called to get it looked into, this rude woman was defensive, didn't not allow me to state my case, she was yelling at me over the phone and she hanged up on me twice. I think she messed up the paperwork and she was trying to cover herself. DO NOT use this company, it is not worth the headache. Ok so their business is trash handling but still they need to learn the concept of customer service.
