June 8, 2013 went to get nails, great work great place and very clean...

This salon is clean, priced right and staff cannot be friendlier. Have been going for years for a whole slew of services and never have I been disappointed.

I got a manicure here and on June 21st, 2010. My finger swelled up and I went to three different doctors. The doctor told me I had an infection from unsterile equipment, and he has seen it many times before. I am now on prescription to heal my infected finger. Tokyo Nails looks clean, but is not!!! Cheaper is not always better, and I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going to Tokyo Nails for about a year. Recently, I have noticed that the service level has gone down significantly. There seems to be a large turnover in staff that has lead to an increase in the number of inexperienced nail techs and a decrease in the level of professionalism. When I questioned how a technician was rushing through my service, I was met with hostility and rushed through my treatment. As I waited for my nails to dry and began talking to another patron, our conversation was interrupted and we were both rushed out of the spa.

Don't understand what previous review is talking about! The place is immaculate. The service is fast and right on with what today's styles are.

Dirty, nasty, and no quality....not worth the money.
