After driving past this place for 12 years, I finally decided to give it a try (on my brand new car). I've used the touchless feature twice (usually late evening when I can get in and out right away). In the end, I've been satisfied both times. My biggest concern is that when I go, no one is there to answer questions or reimburse money. I went last Saturday night and the machine sprayed soap on my car three times and cut off. I kept resetting it by backing up and tripping the sensor. Just when I was about to give up, it finally completed the cycle and washed the suds off. Crisis averted, but there was no one to report this to or reimburse my money, if the process didn't work. I will probably look for another touchless wash (with a full time attendant) for peace of mind.
