I visited this location on 4/01/2015. The only reason this Visionworks location is getting two stars from me is based off of the fact that the optician was wonderful. He was very personable and answered any questions I had. However, the three employees who worked at the desk were awful. They were more interested in talking about patients than taking care of customers. I asked one of the women what frames my insurance would cover and she replied that she had no clue. I then asked her if she could find out for me and she rolled her eyes at me. There was an older couple who were walk-ins and as soon as the doctor took them back the two women started complaining about them because they needed help with their paperwork. Lastly, as I was paying the amount my insurance did not cover, one of the women handed the customer my receipt to sign. She did not pay any attention whatsoever, which makes me question her as an effective employee. Those three employees did not show any type of professionalism.
