We just had our inspection done this past weekend with the Ray Fonos team - they were very thorough and great at explaining issues and how the house was built. I was able to schedule the appointment quickly during the week, and they arrived about 15 minutes early to the house to check out the outside structure of the home. They did a great job walking through the home, answering all of our questions, and seemed to thoroughly check all the workings of the home. As first time homebuyers, we really appreciated his knowledge and suggestions for correcting certain aspects of the home. He took pictures of problem areas and explained what the issues were, and how they should be fixed. We received the report the next business day, pictures of major/minor defects included. He was also available for questions after the report was finished. We're very happy that he was our first inspector and highly recommend his services.

The group of experts from Home Team Inspection Service (Pittsburgh) that came to inspect my soon-to-be new home were dependable, honest, courteous, and professional.
