I have been taking my daughter to this office for the past 3 years. I have to say that I've had it with the service. When you have an appointment, it's never less than a 3 to 4 hour wait. Once called in to see the doctor, wait another 30 min to hour before the doctor can see you. The doctors in the office are very patient, but by the time you see them your tired hungry and angry that you've waited almost all day. It's the same without an appointment or worse. The staff is friendly for the most part, but I don't feel my daughter feels comfortable with the doctors because their English is not clear so I have them explain in Spanish so I can better understand what they are saying. My daughter has missed dates of shots that needed to be scheduled, and though the doctor's office says they tried to contact me, I never received a voice mail. So I have decided to finally change her and hopefully find a pediatrician that someone can recommend that sees a patient within a reasonable time frame.
