Outrageous association rules and regulations; amateur security on staff.

If you want to be left alone & have no interest in the outdoors & nature this is the place for you.There is nothing physically appealing about this place or area, no parks, no recreation within without a load of fees & strict dress code. They make money off you every time you move, the fees are ridiculous. The plumbing is a problem, The apartment we are in does not have good ventilation. The central air does not work. So maintenance is terrible. They try to charge you more than once for utilities & such, so you have to be on guard & keep good records. Have to say it has one positive in the enforcement of the rule that you are not allowed to linger outside your door, you have to pay to go to the pool or recreation room, otherwise stay inside. & that is there have been no complaints of burglary.
