Horribel Service! They're simply amateur kids that have no idea what they're doing. Now, I'm $211 down in the hole and with a fridge that's not working properly because they didn't know how to diagnose it properly. Worst of all, now they refuse to honor the warranty because somebody else work with the fridge two weeks before they did. The technician knew about what the previous technician did to the fridge and still installed the part. Then, they turned around the void the warranty when I called them to let them know that the fridge was not working properly.

Horrible! Took 5 appointments to fix a washing machine in which was. It able to be fixed. Was either late, and one one occasion never showed up for appointments. After paying In full for something that was not fixed, the following appointments were never considered a priority and always needed to wait 4-5 days out. It took 3 1/2 weeks to finally resolve a broken washer machine! Strongly recommend to not use this company! And if you still decide too make absolutely sure your appliance is working 100% be for paying!

Reliable and trustworthy

Very reliable (were here before their appointment) and knew what they were talking about. They were able to come out immediately and they fixed my dryer in 15 minutes. It's been a week and it's been working great. I will definately be using them again.
