i used this company i only have positive things to say . they showed up on time, the pricing was very reasonable .when i did have a problem a year later one panel had moved some from my dobe jumping on it they came right back out and fixed the problem i would use them again .

I had a 5' and a 6' cedar fence installed by UR about 4 or 5 years ago. They said they were going to set the posts in cement. Not true. I had to move two sections for an addition on my house and they were set in (what looked like) paver base or limestone. Also, they said they were going to remove the old posts. After time, I found out that they cut them flush with the dirt and covered them up. Buyer beware. However, I give em 3 stars. One, because I received a great product. Two, because their workers were courteous and hard working. And three, because the fences are still standing. (Even after all of the strong winds we have had over the last year. I'm not completely upset with the company. I think it's pretty much what I would expect from most companies regardless of the trade. But I'm definitely satisfied with the product. Overall, good job. I would recommend this company. I would just check in on the workers to confirm I'm getting what I paid for.

A complete disappointment. Customer service and customer satisfaction are the LAST thing this company cares about. They wouldn't even return our phone calls when we were completely upset and disgusted by the work they tried to provide us.
