Trager Neuromuscular Re-Education Center implements the Trager approach to wellness. It is an innovative approach to movement education created over a period of 65 years by Milton Trager, M.D. There are two aspects of the Trager approach, that being passive and active. The passive aspect is typically called table work and the active is Mentastics. The Trager approach assists in releasing deep-seated physical and mental patterns and facilitates deep relaxation, increased mobility and mental clarity.
