No customer service. Met insurance is great but the agents in this firm are not there to help. They are only interested in selling you securities. BEWARE

Very poor service. I have had them for years and plan on leaving. Whenever an auto or home owners question comes up I have to call multiple times and wait for a response. Office is unable or unwilling to process normal auto related (insurance) products I. E. like the purchase or change of any vehicle. Consumer beware.
