The mission of DeCice Hall is to provide a hospitable center for spiritual and religious development, a respectful space for ecumenical growth, and a seedbed in which our common humanity may be nourished. DeCice (de-SEE-say) Hall offers a congenial, contemporary space in which religious and community groups may gather and grow holistically and spiritually. Groups need not identify as religious or spiritual to request a reservation. The mission of DeCice (de-SEE-say) Hall is to provide a hospitable center for spiritual and religious development, a respectful space for ecumenical growth, and a seedbed in which our common humanity may be nourished. DeCice Hall offers a congenial, contemporary space in which religious and community groups may gather and grow holistically and spiritually. Groups need not identify as religious or spiritual to request a reservation. The actual "open" hours of the Hall vary according to need. The Hall is available 11 months of the year and by special arrangement during August. Groups may request reservations any day of the week. Events are usually scheduled anytime from 9 am to 9 pm.In addition to reserving DeCice Hall itself, some groups may wish to make arrangements to: participate in the Eucharist and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament with the Marian Center community; participate in the perpetual enrollment of the Mass for special intentions; reserve the Marian Center Chapel for prayerful time; take reflective strolls around the beautiful grounds.To inquire or to request a reservation please visit http://www.decicehall.org or contact Chris Clark, DHM, Director, via email: decice.hall@gmail.com or voicemail: (413) 539-5924. From time to time in response to the Spirit the Daughters discern a call to engage in a corporate ministry. DeCice Hall joins Adelaide's Place in Atlantic City NJ, The Marian Center in Holyoke, Nardin Academy in Buffalo, and St. Joseph's School for the Deaf in the Bronx, NY as a corporate work of the US Province. DeCice Hall is a meeting space and ministry of the Society of the Daughters of the Heart of Mary (DHM). The Society of the Daughters of the Heart of Mary is a world-wide congregation of Catholic women religious founded in 1790. Often unknown as women religious, we strive to enkindle the spirit of Jesus in the world and to pray and work for the reign of God in a just society.
