Had to give 1 but 0 is my rating. I called for an estimate & was asked if I would be home all day. I waited all day & someone called at 6 PM saying they were still out & I would get a call the next AM. No call & I called them, office person didn't have any info on me, transfered me to a man who at this time tells me they do everything but mow the lawn (??). I was very specific with my first call that lawn cutting was part of what I wanted. They took no blame for their lack of incorrect info with my first call, nor their screw-up about not having my info in their computer thereby not coming to give an estimate. No one seemed to know who worked in the office & then all of a sudden was told my info was printed out on the day they were supposed to have been at my house, so they wouldn't have come until the next day anyway, my staying home was for nothing because they messed up. Terrible business & customer communication. If office is run so badly what kind of service would they provide!
