Just had dinner at "Camerons" Country Cafe(Holts Summit, MO) and guess what, asked for ranch dressing for dipping and what do I find, but, a HAIR in the dipping sauce. Then speaking to the manager(who took on a attitude) it was expected to have hair in the food served. direct quote, "That's just expected." Hope whoever eats there next doesn"t have HAIR in their food. I'm 1800 miles from home and thought it would be nice to bring business to a local business. If that is how people are treated, I will NEVER cross the threshold again.

The catfish strips are great, the service is good, the price is reasonable. The salad bar was fresh and the vegetable beef soup was very good. Desserts are reasonable and quite good. Good food, good service, good price.

This was actually very nice. The inside is very hmm old looking but the food was good. The homeade soup was excellent. You can tell it is popular cause all the locals started pouring in at eleven am for lunch. I had their special chicken fried chicken breast, mashed potatoes, green beans (or corn), gravy and a roll all for 5.95. You can add the salad bar for only a dollar which is an excllent deal. The cucumbers were slightly german style ...sweet and sour and were great off of the bar. The waitress was nice and it looked like owners/managers were around and working which is always nice to see they care about their place. Decor gets one star....food gets four or more :D
