I scheduled an appointment with Murphy's to come out for a drainage issue in my bathtub and a leaking faucet in my kitchen. The woman who scheduled the appointment was friendly and competent. The technician, Curt, was on time, respectful, extremely neat and professional. He replaced the kitchen faucet, no problem. I paid the bill but did have an issue with the amount I was charged. I called and asked for a supervisor to please give me a call. I was asked if I could wait until the morning as they were out at job sites. I agreed but was a bit doubtful that I would hear from anyone. BIG shout out to Murphy's! I not only received a call, but a pleasant conversation and an offer to refund the disputed amount. He stuck by his charges, agreed that it may have been a communication issue and is refunding the disputed amount (which was about 14% of the total paid) to keep a customer happy. Good and much appreciated business gesture!

I was very impressed with Ron and his service. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely hire them for all my heating/plumbing needs in the future.

I had a plumbing emergency in my home in the middle of the night. This company came out within one hour and repaired the problem. The technician was courteous, he even used shoe covers to protect my carpets. I highly recommend this company.
