Pros: Gated HOA just minutes from the beach. Neighbors are extremely friendly. G4S Security on property does an outstanding job and is extremely friendly. Area schools are very good and located next to public parks. Cons: Onsite property manager is unprofessional, aggressive, and does a terrible job at managing the property including the pool, jacuzzi, children's pool, gym, and landscaping. HOA Board of directors behaves like a communist party and is dictatorial and condescending towards homeowners. Many dogs in community, but this HOA Board refuses to construct a dog park. Association money is spent on painting aging roads instead of replacing them, water irrigation systems that do not work properly, and the swimming pool, kids pool, and jacuzzi are run down and dirty most of the time. The lakes on the property are filled with algae overgrowth, and they routinely capture ducks on the property and send them who knows where?
