We called on a sunday lol no one else had an after hours line for emergencies, we left a message at 7 something, the electrician responded to our message in 3 minutes! He was in church but he took the time out to discuss the problem with us, give some advice to calm our fears, and made sure we were aware of his eta. John was extremely professional and understanding
