      Helpful, honest, guarantee their work. I got an estimate for A.C work from three different places - Pepboys was around $900, Firestone$1,200 and Kels, $$1,700. I always use Pepboys, and have never had a problem. The one negative report must have been a fluke. Maggie Eriksson

      got my wife's car towed to the shop for a simple serpentine belt replacement. she was told that her alternator need to be fixed also. i didnt believe their assessment so i got it towed to a different shop. this shop said there was nothing wrong with it. pepboys are deperate scammers!! take your business elsewhere.
