I called on 11/19/2017 Afternoon. The Guy who answers the phone is extremely rude. At the beginning I thought he was giving me answers about the Toyota Prius they are selling, then I realized he was just saying no to everything. I asked him ''Do you speak English?'' He said ''no, I don't speak English.'' then tells me in English to call another day because he was tired. I asked a friend to call for me, she had the same luck on that day and the day after. This pace is a joke. I read some other comments from people saying how awful they treat their customers. My advice is, go elsewhere. If the way they treat you over the phone is bad, imagine in person when they think it will be easier to get you out with a car. Don't give them your business.
