Jackson arms is GARBAGE they just repossed my car this morning, saying I've been behind since October 2009, I can admit that I had been making partial payments of $230.00 considering my full payment of the month is $409.94 and i'm a single mother of 3! I do my best. Not only did I do my best I also called them to keep in contact and to stay in good standings, No one ever told me about Last October. So as a result they came and took my car, and unfortunately my kids couldnt go to school. I feel I was treated un fairly because I always called them I never recived reminders from them about my payment and they never called me. I've been making all my payments and just because October 2009 is missing they repossed my car. ov up until now has been consistant. Jackson arms is a SCAM! Zalda, Barbie, and who ever they guy is their day is coming!

I used Jackson Arms to finance a car from Viper Auto Sales. I made my payments bi-weekly and was under the assumption that this meant twice a month rather than every two weeks. When I talked to a representative about the misuderstanding she said it was no problem and that I could make the payment. I was connected the the Bank Manager who told me that if I had wanted the car, I would need to pay $1,300!! The Bank bought a promissary note that I owed the dealership, my plate fee's, had charged me a $300 dollar repossesion fee, and a storage fee for 3 days of storage. They already had my car, because the dealership promised they would fix the car, so why would they need to reposses? When I told the bank manager that I had the $1,300 to pay that day, but would file a BBB complaint, he changed his mind and said he wouldn't reinstate the loan to a customer that "acted like this" Very unproffesional.

I just recently purchased a vehicle thru them and my payments are fine, and I don't have a low jack tracking device on my car. So i can't really say that i have any problems with them yet. But the 3 year plan seems to help me out alot. And I just purchased a 2004 Honda Accord

JACKSON ARMS IS A GREAT FINANCE COMPANY I HAVE FINANCED A CAR WITH THEM FOR OVER 5 YRS I HAVE 2 LOANS WITH THEM AND BECAUSE OF THEM I GOT MY CREDIT TO GO UP THEY WORK WITH YOU AND ARE VERY UNDERSTANDING THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE GREAT. I HAVE TO SAY I WOULD RATHER THEM THEN ANY ONE ELSE.

I was a former customer of this company and they are a scam, what they do is finance car for costumers, and set up three years payment plan for you that you can't afford, and they put tracking device on your vehicle, and then tow your car 2pm in the morning and told you that, you are months behind in payment and give you an 6,000.00 bill. They do this around tax season because they want to resell the vehicle.Be careful read your fine print and calculate the total amount, check for tracking device
