General Info

Kathryn Hutchinson received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, FL, with a concentration in Social Justice Advocacy. She moved to North Carolina in 2020 to practice law. Kathryn chose Social Justice Advocacy in law school after being a teacher for many low income students and students with disciplinary issues. She has focused on advocating for the rights of housing and food insecure individuals, marginalized communities like the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ populations, and individuals with disabilities. She is autistic and non-binary and hopes to bring equity in the judicial system for those that have faced inequity for so long. Kathryn is enrolled to provide pro bono services through Lawyers on the Line for Legal.
