Zack at asap is a computer wiz who does a great job and their fee is much less than other places, plus his turn around time is fast. He also clearly answers questions and even explained the best way to accomplish what I needed done.

My wife and I dropped our laptop off on a Tuesday evening around 5pm, they called me the next morning at 9am to tell me it was all ready to be picked up. Laptop has never ran so good!

Took my laptop In December 26, 2012 because of the charging port on the laptop where the charger plugs in was loose. I took it to Best Buy geek squad, they were talking about having to send it off, and I may just need to get a new laptop. Took it to Asap computer in Holly Springs Micheal helped me, told me it would be about an hour or so, I sat in the lobby on their nice wrap around couch and waited for them to repair it. The customer service was excellent! He explained to me what he did to fix the issue, the price was reasonable and I will certainly be using Asap Computers for all my computer needs! I recommend going here first
