More than 90 percent of the raw material content of its products and packaging comes from renewable resources. The company s factories are among the most energy efficient in the world, employing solar and wind power to minimize energy consumption. The only carbon dioxide emissions released at American Pacific s factory come from low emission propane forklifts, and their use is minimized through automation and intelligent material flow. Additionally, all its packaging materials and byproducts are collected and recycled, and converted into saleable products.
