      Me and my wife are new to the area and called several air cond. numbers out of the yellow pages and this company was the only one to have an actual person answer! they came over fast and found and repaired my unit, I cant remember the name of the part,but they changed it and left me the old one.Would highly recomend p.s. they let me pay with my visa card over the phone
